REMOVE COURTESY DOWN

EXTENSION <extension number>

Purpose:

Cancels the Courtesy Down operation requested during a busying operation and subsequently found to be unnecessary.

Details:

Courtesy Down requests are automatically removed upon logout from a maintenance session.

The EXTENSION qualifier allows courtesy down to be canceled by specifying the extension of a set. System Response is the same whether an extension or Location ID is used. If the extension is the prime member of a Multi-device User Group or PRG, the system response will include the following message: "This number refers to a <Multi-device User Group | Personal Ring Group>."
